Terms & Conditions of use.

1) This membership does not have a required commitment and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellations may be done in writing by emailing hello@clubcuts.com, in the app or in person at a store. Any prepaid plan will not receive a refund for unused time. Service availability ends the day of cancelation regardless of payment cycle.

2) Memberships are non-transferrable and can only be used by the named client on the membership. Each visit, please provide photo ID to allow our staff to verify that your name and photo match what we have on file.

3) Future months will be billed on the monthly anniversary of signing up or the 1st, to the card on file. ClubCuts reserves the right to modify the cost of this recurring monthly membership at any time. 

4) No refunds on unused time, however, cancelling will stop all future billings.

5) By agreeing to this membership you acknowledge that if you do not show up for your appointment we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee since we will have staff waiting for your appointment. This fee may not exceed $20. This fee may also be charged for last minute cancelations. We ask that you cancel an appointment at least 2 hours before the appointment time.

6) If you run more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to adjust the service or cancel it in order to not run late for the next appointment. If this happens you are still welcome to show up but will be treated as a walk-in if another appointment is booked.

7) While the membership is unlimited use, any member that abuses bookings, may be cancelled on behalf of the company. Abuse of bookings is defined as making multiple appointments at once, frequently missing appointments or constantly cancelling appointments last minute.

8) ClubCuts reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a membership of any person doing business with ClubCuts.

9) Communication Opt-In: By using our services, you consent to receive communications from us via text message and email. This includes important updates, appointment reminders, promotional offers, and other relevant information related to our services. You can opt-out of these communications at any time by replying STOP or by changing your notification settings in your customer profile. Your privacy is important to us, and we will never share your information with third parties without your consent.

10) Hold Harmless and Limitation of Liability: By using our services, clients agree to hold ClubCuts and its employees harmless from any liability, claims, or demands that may arise in connection with any injury, loss, or damages sustained during or resulting from any service provided. This includes, but is not limited to, allergic reactions, irritation, cuts, or other physical injuries. Clients understand and accept that certain procedures involve risks, and while ClubCuts takes every precaution to ensure safety, it cannot be held responsible for unforeseen incidents. This limitation of liability extends to any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
